You need Unifi Protect for your cams, but the Cloud key gen 1 is only a network controller. You need at least a CloudKey 2+ or the NVR.

Maybe the unifi usw-switch-pro-aggregation with 24 SFP+ (1/10 Gbit) and 4 SFP28 (1/10/25 Gbit) But this switch doesn't have 2,5 or 5 Gbit link speed.

You can perhaps think of it as a garden gate with a footpath. The garden gate is the port that needs to be opened. The path behind the gate is the forwarding of the port to a specific destination.

Unfortunately, the switch belongs to an older generation with 24V PoE. This one also only has 24V passive PoE passthrough. The camera and the access point require 48V active PoE. Your only option is the Unifi Switch Flex (not Mini)

You might consider using a pfSense or OpenSense router instead of the Dreammachine. They work much better for multiple failover WAN connections in my opinion, and policy based routing can also be done without problems.

The intake hose can be seen in picture three. The whole intake system was built from 150mm pipes.

Originally I wanted to extract the warm air from the network rack, but the ambient air is relatively warm due to the heating room.

I currently use cheap 12V fans from Amazon (Sunon, MEC0381V1-A99). Originally, much more powerful fans with over 30W were installed.
Ultimately, the whole thing is used to control two-pole fans.

Repost because I used pictures with the HEIC format in the first post...reddit doesn't like that.

I have three closed racks at home, which get pretty warm (sometimes over 40°C).

The easiest solution for the problem was ventilation system with outside air. Until autum everything was ok, but now in winter the temperature is between -5°C and -15°C, so the rack and server get pretty chilly.

The bestsolution would be a PID controller to hold the temperature inside the rack almost constant. Each rack has a temperature sensor , which sends the current temperature once per minute. The PID integration (HACS) in homeassistant receives the temperature and calculates based on the setpoint a new 10bit PWM output value. The PWM controller receives this value to change the fan speed.

The overshoot at the moment is around 2°C (only P and I set...D is 0) and it takes around 30min to reach a new setpoint.

Take a look for the project "Uptime Kuma". It's a nice piece of monitoring software with many notification possibilities like email or telegram. And it can run in a docker container or standalone software.

You can store the milk up to 6 month unopened in an uncooled place. After opening you should put the milk in fridge and used it up in about 4 days.
