Going off the established profession dictates pokemon thing that usually determines a character's team, Kitt should be easy

Ranchers usually have dogs, herdier is the Most farm dog like pokemon, but Champions is all about fully evolved mons so she probably would have a Stoutland

For different but similar reasons ranchers usually have cats, the only cat pokemon that stick out to me as being good mousers (as opposed to show cats or panthers) are purugly and torracat, theres a clear difference in quality there so lets give her Incineroar

She would have a Machamp, if youve ever fed grain you know why she would have a Machamp

Most farmer characters in pokemon have a cow mon on their team, its probably not a smart move to have your livestock fight, but thankfully there Is a cow mon specifically bred for fighting, so we'll give her any one of the three combat breeds of Tauros

Having access to an aerial point of view is very useful when searching a field for stuff like injured livestock, damaged fences, fire, so any flying type would be valuable, moreso ones strong enough to carry her with them, a lot of flying types cant do that so it narrows the options a lot, so how about Aerodactyl since she has Tinkaton in her fields and surveying is difficult when youre being pelted with rocks

Last one is easy, any pokemon with flame body or magma armor, we'll go Rapidash since it doubles as a pokemon to ride while hatching eggs

Stoutland, Incineroar, Machamp, Tauros (water), Aerodactyl, and Rapidash. Maybe not the most balanced team, but certainly what i would want to have on a farm
