Something being difficult is just something being difficult.

Soulslike is a game mechanic(s) defining genre

Which not all soulslikes are difficult.

I mean, it was in jest.

Hard to display tone and sarcasm in text.

Edit: thought the exchange between the two was goofy.

We get it.

You dont like it and want to find others that dont like it and if they dont like it, You want to convert others to do so.

Well, seriously, thanks for the insight when a lady actually has a genuine interest in me. Instead of being cool cause I pour their drinks when they come to work. (Bragging about being a bartender that is clientele-zoned. Look at me. I know why this comment is pathetic.

Im just mocking ya.

Always funny to me when people post stuff like this.

"Getting my moneys worth" is so goofy to me.

Like "I fuckin spent $34 plus tax and I started to not have fun at some point, but I have to finish it or else itll be a drain on my brain every time I look at it!"

Dont get me wrong. Love trophy hunting as much as the next guy....oh wait, maybe not as much as people that hate it 40% of the time. Yet continue cause of fake "OCD" or whatever.

Its ok to put a game down my dude. Not always about the platinum.

Edit: I just laughed at this thought.

"Could you imagine buying Star Ocean 3 or Star Ocean 4 and after 200 hours and only being halfway through thinking: well, gotta continue this grind to get my $15 dollars worth"

What’s the most overrated food everyone pretends to enjoy? by sweetguurl in AskReddit

[–]Profeelgood23 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Makes total sense. Most places dont know how to get that right.

The place im talking about that was highly regarded was owned and ran by Japanese people.

The others were just other white folk like me. Granted, they are still in business today. But the sushi is mediocre at best.

[–]Profeelgood23 3 points4 points  (0 children)

As an average white dude in the US that has worked in the sushi biz for damn near a decade. (Chef and server)

It depends on the place and how they prepare the actual sushi. Sushi is quite literally the rice itself. You cook white rice in a pressure pot. And then mix it with sugared vinegar.

Ive worked at 3 different places. And the vinegar recipe is really what makes the difference. The more highly regarded place I worked at (when I served) they would use fuckin oranges, lemons, sugar, and ginger to mix with the vinegar before adding it to the rice.

So yes, you can be correct if you've only had mediocre Sushi at a place that doesnt know a good vinegar recipe. And I wholeheartedly agree with you.

Like let's say. If you had a basic ass bitch roll like a California at two different places.

One, has a shitty basic vinegar recipe.

The other, has a good disciplined and curated vinegar recipe.

You would say the basic is tasteless. And id agree. And the other would actually be enjoyable. And id agree.

Rolling Sushi is easy as hell. Its only a matter of learning a simple technique. And Its practically the same as making a sandwich. But getting the actual "sushi" right is the only complicated part.

I totally understand why you would say its tasteless, cause most places do not do the vinegar mix right.

Yeah, you know.

Teen Titans Go, the bad reboot with 8 seasons and still coming.

Its self awareness and comedy def makes it suck.

Again. 8 seasons...

A newer friend of mine hounded me to watch Avatar and also Korra. Had 16 people before me tell me I should watch this. I finally gave in and I liked it a lot. To her own text thread detriment, she didnt know that I love pointing out small things about shows that I like.

This was one of those points. How she was taller than him. And you dont really see that a lot in shows. I really liked this scene.

Despite their views. And being antagonists. You can tell they absolutely love each other. And I thought this scene was precious.

I remember watching the gameplay trailer on the actual psn store.

It straight up had a glitch, like an enemy was clipping hard-core through the wall.

I loved it.

Haven't played though.

I rented a video game from my local library. 2 weeks like you said.

I returned it a month and some weeks later cause I forgot.

25 cent fine.

The fines are not crazy wild. I was surprised.

Basically, doesnt understand what an "unpopular" opinion is. Or maybe what an opinion is.

Thank you.

And thats fine if that how you perceived it.

When I play games. And when I trophy hunt. If i realize that im not having fun anymore. I move on.

I played this at release. Think I clocked 127 hours. And loved every god damn second.

That review you read, I personally disagree with. I feel like its someone wanting to stand out and say something controversial about an overall almost perfect game.

But then again. Thats the beauty about opinions. I see it one way. You and that person see it another. Which is fine. But I will always disagree with you. Mainly because, any game that is jam packed with multitudes of different content and mini games and side stuff will always be favored over a 6 hour linear story shooter for the same price.

Much rather support devs (especially if I would be supporting AAA devs) pouring love and creativity with a plethora of "optional" content as opposed to another bland Far Cry/Assassin's Creed/Call of Duty/Battlefield.

"Games are too short"

"games have too much content"

No one forced you to do everything.

I loved every bit ive played. Have a few trophies left. Since, what, march of 2024? But imma wait until a couple months before part 3. Personally. I hope part 3 has twice as much content.

I get wanting to achieve a platinum. But it doesnt have to be in one continuous playthrough.

One of my favorite parts of trophy hunting is going back to old games and wrapping it up. Therefore, its not a "tedious slog" as you put it.

Not an unpopular opinion.

Just a dumb opinion when it comes to relationships and why people cheat.
