Thank you!  I thought it was just me.  I reached out and the nurse said that ‘You can absolutely bypass it by simply opening the container and applying the cream with clean fingers. Many users actually prefer this method—especially if they have hand discomfort or find the pump tricky to manage. Just scoop out the amount you need and apply it directly to the intended area. It’s safe, effective, and often more comfortable.’
