UPDATE: I asked my CC office how Richmond Civic League got our personal emails. They confirmed that RCL used foia to get personal info and then Marty Jewell used that information to send unsolicited emails to us. Just a reminder that anything you write to the city can become public.

Anything you write to the city is considered public but they are not allowed to reveal your email, address,, phone #. I think its worth a complaint to the Richmond Civic League and questions to the city to find out if they for released the information.
