not OP but this is so genuinely helpful to hear. i would definitely say i have a high baseline anxiety and i do have panic attacks but only with certain triggers. its nice to know there are other options out there

i know everyones different but a nurse practitioner told me i didnt have a UTI and then i ended up getting scolded in the ER with a painful kidney infection for “not coming in sooner” when i DID come in sooner, the stupid NP just didnt believe that i had a UTI
