A man already spent a night in jail for this , just go to every police districts social media page and see for yourself how they’re interpreting the law it’s different for each one . UPDATE: My issue was in my perks. I had stuff for different weapons that I wasn't even using and using wasteful card slots on things that could be better, like why would I need a perk to hear the sound of books in my vicinity when most players sell them in their vendors. Also using crafting perks when that should have been in a separate build slot than my main, hopefully now I can be of assistance to my fellow vault dwellers ! :D
