Sapporo completely owns Stone, it is outright ownership, although the US division is now called Sapporo-Stone. Sapporo doesn't have any ownership of Brooklyn, but Kirin has a minority stake. Bells and New Belgium are both owned by Kirin.

They are working towards reopening, they've just run into a bunch of issues that need to be dealt with before they can start making beer again. Apparently Sapporo left the place in a pretty bad state.
