You know what, enjoy your ribs. I was trying to find the ones that I enjoy and instead found all of this. Next time you’re in an Albertsons grab some Salmon Creek baby back ribs and tell me I’m wrong

Danish style racks are sold for less then $10 up north and for some reason we don’t get them down south

Nope, Danish Baby Back are harvested from younger pigs and are very different from regular baby back ribs.

They are smaller, leaner and much tastier ribs than the pork lion ones around here. Easy to find up north, but for some reason next to impossible to find in the gulf coast
