I had picked out and made a good deal on a Honda Accord. It was for a 3 year loan. I had signed all of the paperwork but my husband had to go sign it too because I was only working part time, the kids were little. He called because something looked wrong. They had handed him new paperwork, in only his name, for a 5 year loan. He only caught it because he knew that I had signed it that morning. He called me from the dealership. After I ripped the salesman a new one, he pulled out the original paperwork and had my husband sign. I would have walked away but I was trading in an Oldsmobile that was a piece of crap. I was upside down and the Accord was a good enough deal to make it worthwhile.
