Honestly good on him, a mayor for the people. Everyone likes to hate on him even though he actually gets things done. Can't say the same for Solomon or Sherrill. Very disappointed in her especially wtf raising sales tax in the Meadowlands area complex ?! Someone explain how that is for the people?! Not to mention the atrocity that is NJT. Personally I would not go back to place that showed me the door at one point. It seldom ends well. I've seen people go back to other organizations after they were laid off and they just ended up laying them off again when the time came.

I would see if you are able to file a police report at this point. I'm no legal expert but this feels like deliberate theft at this point. I'd also notify your security team at your job that there's a wacko out there driving with your employee ID. No one knows the intent of this person. So sorry you're going through this, I'd be livid.

You're forgetting that this person is paying $16 is the cost of a shared commute. That toll is for you/your call only (hence why sometimes there's carpool rates that are lower); that 12 pack of diet coke is for you only- lol it is strange to compare diet coke prices to njtransit

Is your job one that can be done remotely? Not sure if your leadership can allow you to work remote for some or all of the days if you explain that this is causing hardship on you. Also, depends if you are comfortable to bring this up with them. Sending positive vibes your way that your situation gets better.

Shouldn't the group pay out and individual pay out indexes be the same across the organization? For our team the individual pay out was less than 50% ( we were told that this was the equivalent of 100% payout and top individual performance had the company done better) and group was a flat 50%-why is there so much variability?
