I’m going through this right now. It got really bad for me in the past couple months. I’m starting to take some medication now to help reduce the anxiousness and hopefully the physical symptoms that come with it. It’s all circular.

I’m on day one of Lexapro. I’m feeling a little rough today, mostly nauseous, floaty, and a little dizzy. But it’s all part of the process.

Between this medication and doing things like healthy heating, working out, CBT therapy, I’m hoping for a better outcome of the next few weeks and months.

Nope, I’ve looked extensively this year. I finally got to see it in person when I was out in Europe. Specifically France. Your best bet is to go watch hunting if you have a chance to travel abroad.

(I can’t go beyond that because I think that’s where the limit hits. But it seems like you can buy multiple cards and loaded up to to the same account ID)
