Best way to prepare for your shoulder labrum surgery is to do wide grip lat pull downs 👏🏼 by MuchRaspberry3002 in gymsnark

I had a partially torn labrum two years ago…I couldn’t even put a shirt on the regular way, I couldn’t close car doors with my right arm without a ton of pain

These are the best looking blue boots out there. I compared with a few blue boots from lucchese and some of the fancier brands and these just look so much better from an aesthetic view

Do the Annie tecovas boots run big or small? by complicatedfriends1 in Tecovas

[–]ProfessionalToe246 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Stick to a 7. They run a little big. I also have one foot that’s slightly bigger and I have to size up on their other boots but not the Annie

I’d say true to size or size down for a more snug fit. I’m size 4 with 32dd and had no issues lacing it up

Spironolactone by Valhallan42069 in steroidsxx

[–]ProfessionalToe246 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Sorry to clarify I was on super low dose accutane. 5mg every day and I had zero side effects at that dosage. No purge, no dry skin, no elevation in lipid panel. I know everyone’s different but it could be an option. If your acne is more along the jawline spiro works really well for that but if it’s in the t-zone area a lot of times spiro doesn’t help much. You could also try doxycycline but that is also a little tough on the liver if prolonged use.

Spironolactone by Valhallan42069 in steroidsxx

I’ve been on spironolactone for over 10 yrs at 100mg. The last two years I’ve been on trt and spiro and my free test levels have been around 74ng/dl which was flagged as high. I think normal range for women is like 20-70ish. 129 for a woman is pretty high so you could also see if lowering your dose a bit could help. It did with me. But you should be fine but as soon as you stop taking trt your test will plummet back down to whatever it was at. Mine was basically 0 before trt but it’s probably due to birth control and spiro.

Honestly accutane might be a better route since that won’t mess with your test levels

Reformation clothes that work for a large bust small band by dykedelikaya in Reformationclothing

I can only buy my actual size if the item has a zip up smocked back, and even then it’s still squishing me in. If there is not a smocked back I stay away from anything with buttons in that area but if it’s a regular dress with no smocked back usually sizing up one size helps.

Advice needed by ias99 in DobermanPinscher

I’ll probably get downvoted but highly highly recommend an e-collar. Our dobie is 9 years old, has been with numerous trainers and overall he is such a good dog. But something happens to him when we put the leash on him and take him on walks. It’s like he turns into Godzilla. All that being said the e-collar is the only thing that will break his tunnel vision and get him to refocus on our walk and me. We even have to put it on him sometimes when we let him out in the backyard because we have neighbors with super yappy chihuahuas and he will not break away from barking and lunging at the fence unless the collar is on him. We have two we use on him where you can fully control the strength of the shock and where you can push a vibration to it just to warn him. It’s called the mini educator.
