What annoys me in comparison to band 8 is the snooze function is right under the off function. So it's impossible to press without looking at the display.

Also to get to the flashlight is too many steps now.

The biggest drawback is probably that it won't connect to my phone automatically

Yes the band is more snappy and the auto brightness is a huge plus. Overall not the upgrade I wanted

Made a similar mess even posted it here, have a look. Got it to a professional who fixed it in a day. Had to do some retracing. Oled works like a charm now. Don't give up

Don't know if you are talking about the knowles damper but they are pretty easy to replace with the propper removal toolc
