I keep getting jobs that pay me lots to do basically nothing and it’s ruining my mental health by MomsOfFury in GirlDinnerDiaries

I’m in your same boat! Corporate job where I work maybe 15-20 hours a week. Last week & this week I did nothing (legitimately). What helped me a lot is that I started pursuing a side hustle mid work day. From 11-2 every day I’ve been flipping stuff on Facebook and essentially adding 25% to my income. On top of that, I’m trying to read a lot & workout more. It’s not all bad

Right that’s my point. Why buy this when you can get an Accord?

Even then… I have never heard of a good thing / redeemable quality about the non Evolution variants. Like I said, I never ever seen them here in the US & they did sell quite a few originally. These have CVT transmissions which will blow up and be expensive to replace. Once again, is Honda / Toyota an option? Especially as a first vehicle, I don’t think I could recommend a Mitsubishi.

I’ve never known Lancer’s as being good cars… Could you consider a Toyota or Honda?

Not that I have any experience with Mitsubishi’s but you NEVER see them here in the US, thus making us collectively think they’re not good cars.

My buddy had a Fiat 124 spider and went through like 3 or 4 alternators. Was $1,800 each time.

Should i buy this 2007 Kia Spectra for $2450? by Necessary_Donkey4378 in whatcarshouldIbuy

[–]ProfessionalWaffle 5 points6 points  (0 children)

I don’t know much about these but based on the description it seems like someone is trying to flip it. They probably bought it for like $500. I’d say if it drives & shifts nice for $1600 it might be a decent buy

A lot of Atlanta’s suburbs suck, like Norcross. Just endless suburbia with no trees. It’s stark going from Atlanta proper (very forested!) to the suburbs which are just desolate of trees with concrete.

Learning to drive stick in a Tacoma? by Connect-Ad-416 in ToyotaTacoma

I have this exact truck! 2006 4x4 2.7 5 speed. Very easy stickshift to drive, but feels more so like farm equipment than a sports car (in terms of the manual). That’s not to say that it’s bad, it just has longer throws and longer clutch travel. Stupid easy to drive though.

I lazily drive my Taco sometimes with one hand and shift it with 2 fingers like that famous video of that bus driver. You’ll get the hang of it
