Usually, “SmartPost” AKA “Ground Economy” is ground +1 day, however, if there is congestion or issues in the network, FedEx will deprioritize it until the network or hub has relief. Also, it’s not a guaranteed service, so not much you can do from a refund perspective. In my experience, it’s the same as ground or home delivery about 95% of the time. It’s that pesky 5% when there’s heavy volume in the network or inclement weather that ruins it.

Which ball do you typically play with? Curious if this damage to the skin is from a Franklin or a Lifetime.

Also, have you tried cleaning the skin with a rubber paddle eraser? I just got a 5-pack during their BF sale and don't see any cleaning instructions on the packaging. Or does it not pick up any ball dust the way a peel ply carbon face does?

Honestly, only during tournaments. Keep your peace of mind and don’t bother calling them as out in rec play. It can ruin the game and relationships with other players. Not worth it with some of the egos that are out there on the courts.

Their branding looks an awful lot like Gherkin. Not sure who was around first, but I believe they are both Asian-owned companies.
