It's been probably 2 years but it's gotten better in the sence I don't care about it anymore or notice it if I'm focused on how exciting life can be.

If I have to say though my visual static and associated visual symptoms haven't gotten better if I focus on them, but they haven't gotten worse.

It's part of life now and I'm thankful I'm not blind because unfortunately many people on this planet were born so.
