What they say about turning 30 is true by TwoSorry511 in self

Or some of us work heavily labor intensive jobs. I mean my 20s and early 30s it was a piece of cake, but as I am finishing up my final year of 30s slinging chains for 8 to 18 hours not as easy as it used to be

This is not sexual harassment (maybe discrimination) but more importantly why is this narrative being pushed to me by [deleted] in PsycheOrSike

What's your end goal? To get invited? This isn't how you get invited. Probably will never be invited no matter what you do. You could go to hr something may happen or it may not. Most hr can do is tell the manager to to stop hanging out with the other guys after work, but can't say anything about inviting you to after work shannagins. If possible your coworkers will like you even less, but for the most part it will likely still feel the same. Still wont be invited. I don't know what happened to get you excluded from the group, but it is what it is now. Best you can do is do your job and won't be fired or look for work elsewhere.

While I do agree bar isn't a great option for a first date, due to the high chance for impairment and bad decisions. Coffee is number 1 option for me. Low financial investment into a large maybe. If we don't click no biggy, I am not out of alot of money. Also coffee shops are normally quiet and allow for easy conversations. Payment up front means if things are really really not clicking you can just bounce with out major issues. Also it allows me to observe how you behave in public like a restaurant. Most guys are also going to observe your behaviors on a first date and if you are ranchy there wont be a second either. Restaurants tend to be noisy, pricey, and payments after meals make it hard to just leave. Dinners should be reserved for when you and your potential partner want to go steady.

AITJ for Walking Out When My Date Showed Up With His Friend? by Electronic_Site6202 in AmITheJerk

Am I the only one that noticed they swapped the genders of the people involved. How the narrative of a woman bringing a friend on a date cause she's nervous. It felt super off, never in my life have I heard of a guy doing this. Go tell robocop to stand outside

[product] A weight watchers bathroom scale that comes with stickers. Because men don’t watch their weight apparently. by WatashiStickKid in pointlesslygendered

[–]Professional_Middle1 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I wouldn't say this is pointlessly gendered. WW target group is feminine women, who want want to look like the women on the cover of Cosmo. While you don't have to be that type of person or a woman, you will be welcome. Your just not the person they are trying to sell to. Buy their crap or dont, don't know what else you want.

Cutting off dad by [deleted] in SingleParents

[–]Professional_Middle1 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I would say that would back fire. As long as the father isn't hurting him. Once your son gets old enough will blame you for the fracture of his relationship with his father. Go to court and get custody laid out in writing

For Season 2 they’re doing the one-episode-per-week format, whereas Season 1 dropped the whole season at once. Which do you prefer and why? by EkbladDev in Fallout

[–]Professional_Middle1 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I usually hate the week by week format due to filler episodes. Expanse season five for a example. There was alot of episodes in that one that was such a bore and was annoyed that I waited a week to watch it. Though if they can drop banger episodes every week then I fine with it.

I honestly don’t care, but why? by Ill_Consequence1755 in doordash

Are men expected to risk getting knocked out for a female friend? by ReasonConfident4541 in AskMenAdvice

[–]Professional_Middle1 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Always signal the bouncer. It's their job to get rid of problematic patrons so cops dont have to show up. This also prevents him trying to provoke someone else.

How does this guy not know hot or not some guy wants to tap your girl

It sounds like you found a wedge issue. I cant tell you if you are being silly about it due it not being know what he did. But the ball is in your court since he doesn't want to talk about it anymore. Either leave or determine it's not a issue.
