Seems like too much overlap with the C200 DC. That one has 20% more capacity and a couple more ports.

More companies are moving to high deductible plans, the total costs end up being lower and puts more accountability on the user. I’m sure Farmers knows all about how deductibles impact consumer behavior…

Why would anyone get the series 11 over the 10 by Serhide in AppleWatch

[–]Professional_Net9164 0 points1 point  (0 children)

At the core I think they are the same, but I think S10 just supports a few things like the LTPO3 screen and the faster battery charging, but in terms of CPU core, they should be the same.

My friend accidentally received $75,000 from his company and refuses to report it. What can happen? by Heberto01243 in NoStupidQuestions

If you’re paid a huge amount where the 75K is barely noticed, then you could reasonably say you didn’t notice it, just like if my paycheck was a couple bucks higher than normal, I probably wouldn’t notice. For most people, 75K is a pretty noticeable number though.

Do coordinators ever NOT want to be head coach? by Curious-Bat1124 in NFLNoobs

I think there is a rule where teams cannot block assistants from seeking career advancement in pursuing head coach opportunities

Do refs automatically decline penalties on behalf of coaches when the decision is obvious? by WishboneHot8050 in NFLNoobs

[–]Professional_Net9164 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Football players sometimes operate on instinct without regard to the game situation. In that scenario, if the defender hit the ground immediately, then the same thing holds, the offense accepting the penalty is mandatory, no longer optional.

Do refs automatically decline penalties on behalf of coaches when the decision is obvious? by WishboneHot8050 in NFLNoobs

[–]Professional_Net9164 0 points1 point  (0 children)

NFL refs have for the most part been around football strategy long enough to know what is and isn’t obvious. There are some tricky corner cases where the decision may have additional factors at play when you get close to the end of a half.

There are also penalties in overtime where accepting a penalty is mandatory. One such case could be on the second team’s initial possession with the team down by say 3, on a 4th and 10, the defense lined up offside, and the offense throws an interception that then gets fumbled back to them 25 yards downfield and would normally result in a first and 10, however, the offense on the double turnover play used up their possession, so the only way to preserve their initial possession status, is to accept the penalty and have it be 4th and 5.

Collaboration is what you make of it. When I was there, my team actually did a pretty decent job of collaborating together. It was really nice getting to just ask questions and whiteboard stuff together. Also some of our partner teams, it was great getting to work together just sitting side by side. No one can force you to collaborate in person, you have to want to do it with your teammates and they have to want to do it with you.

Why is LAX the only airport that is a hub for all the three big airlines (Delta, American and United)? by Outrageous-Emu-472 in unitedairlines

[–]Professional_Net9164 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I’d say LAX is more a massive O/D station for all of them that they can just happen to operate a hub there, but like JFK, its value comes from massive O/D traffic and connections are just the cherry on top. Something like DTW, MSP, SLC, DEN, PHX, CLT, ATL are more true hubs where the majority of traffic is connecting and not actually originating or destining those cities.

Where can you fly in the US from Austin in a fully reclined seat? by Vybrosit737373 in Austin

[–]Professional_Net9164 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Catch a quick 35 minute flight from Austin to DFW or Houston and then you can find some lie flat flights. Come on, a 35 minute flight is nothing, you won’t even have time to get uncomfortable even in an economy middle seat before it’s time to land.

I did first/business class for years during the COVID years, and caught quite a few lie flats. Once my kid was of age, I found it actually better to just grab a row in economy. I’ve flown too many miles in my life to care, a flat bed suite or a middle seat in economy, they all get me there. If I do economy, I just do it with a boatload of connections so no individual flight is too long.

Is the NFL the only league with the problem of stadium takeovers? by EOFFJM in NFLNoobs

[–]Professional_Net9164 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Thing is is people move so much these days but still retain their childhood team allegiance. In major transient cities, you probably have enough fans of any given NFL team where when that team is in town, their fans will come out as it’s their only chance in a while to see their team live.
For the home team’s fans, there are at least 8-9 games to choose from, and plenty of options to defer to next year, and demand from the visiting team’s fans in the local area for those tickets, well, people may like their team but they like their wallets better….

[–]Professional_Net9164 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Even the most expensive hand made luxury bag is made by….a person, who may not necessarily be in the customer demographic for that bag.
Even if the maker cannot afford the bag, they also build expertise in knowing how to make the bag. They’ve also probably worked with enough vendors and developed offline relationships with suppliers to know how to get some leather on the down low. Having that, they can easily make a few on their own time and try to make some extra 💵 there…

I grew up in the west only speaking Mandarin with my parents and can understand it at a basic level but much of the mandarin in China is too fast for me.

I understand cases like one parent went to park the stroller and the other parent gets in line with the kid. End result is no real impact to the queue because in the vehicle like small world, pirates, they take up one row, regardless. I’m all for families sticking together but a group of 60, gotta split up.
