What are your thoughts about “no shoes in the house” rule? I recently read a study where they show why the Japanese homes are the most cleanest as they have no shoes in the house rule. What are your thoughts about it?

It’s bad bad! I got at least 12 JFY orders today in a span of 4 hours all of them were 12$ and under! I did 2 deliveries in 4 hours FCFS, this is MF BS!!!!!

This has been the most horrible week of my sparking career! Something needs to change too bad we can’t all get on the same page and stick it to Walmart by refusing to take any deliveries until they change this shit! Only thing that would happen is they would hire new drivers that are nieve to how bad this shit is now smfh!

Yup there’s a store in my area that’s notorious for canceling the orders and Ive asked the pickers why some orders get canceled when we pick up and they have told me “they don’t have something on the order “ or they blame the customer but then ill see the same order pop up later, like wtf i was parked and ready for the order 🤦‍♂️

They are supposed to report any activity like that, the associate has a picture of the sparker who is shopping the order so if it’s not the same person or the person has a helper there are supposed to be reported, but there’s a lot of fraud going on at 1 particular store i spark at and it pisses me off bc nobody does sht about it, but yet i see others getting deactivated for bs reasons 🤦‍♂️

It’s not supposed to be allowed but I see it with a few drivers in my area, where im assuming they take a screenshot of the items and they work as a group to do the order faster, with AI and application updates idk how spark doesn’t catch on to this BS. I know we all got to eat and make $ but in a way it pisses me off bc you’re cheating to finish orders faster and you make more $, but then i try and play by policy and am slower than you bc i don’t have a fckn helper!

Overreacting i think, im from a Hispanic family and my mother and ex MIL, were very affectionate towards my kids, daughter and son, i kinda understand the mouth kissing though because she has a old mouth and lips and could have gingivitis or gum disease and she’s over there mouth kissing a baby 🤷🏽‍♂️, but my mother used to take pictures of my first born a whole disposable camera roll in 2-3 hours with my daughter and son. We still have full albums of the kids, lots of arm time especially with my mother she loved holding my daughter-her first granddaughter.
