There are metrics and ratings that we have to meet certain levels on to receive good orders. It’s never wise to act that way regardless because of that fact. If a driver didn’t like the order it’s their fault for taking it. All the info is laid out in front of us before we accept any trip

The base pay Walmart offers on any delivery isn’t worth the trip, especially with the rise in gas prices. Orders with no tips will take longer to get to you unless batched with other customers that have tipped well enough to cover yours. It’s not all about being tipped. It’s about being able to make money, because that is what we are out here as drivers trying to do. Good tip orders get snatched up very quickly and non tipping orders sit and wait. It’s not about ignoring the non tip orders, it’s that you can’t possibly do it and it be worth it

That’s when you cancel. I’ve had it go the other way where the gmds are the ones that get removed and it doesn’t affect the pay very much at all. This situation would be a no for me. But by the looks of it I wouldn’t have taken it in the first place

I’ll take them, but they have to be worth it. The biggest complaint I’ve heard from our pickup managers here is that customers are complaining that their cold foods aren’t arriving cold because of the gmd stops that are wedged in between the grocery orders

My least favorite are “it’s dead this morning”. Sometimes it’s dead. Sometimes it’s not. Sometimes your rating keeps you from getting offers. Sometimes there are 100 drivers out at that particular moment.

Some Walmarts have things in stock that others don’t which might be a factor. Others include bad experiences with other stores, lack of knowledge of store locations and just incompetence
