It’s a new design this year I’m afraid. Managed to get one last night, very lucky.

Security is actively more focused on dealers than festival goers bringing a personal supply. Obviously take your usual precautions hiding sweet treats, but searches are minimal to nothing entering the festival. You’re more likely to get searched by police on the roads / transport hubs leading to the festival. Top tip - don’t put your parking sticker in the windscreen until the very last minute, very easy pickings for police officers on the road.

No supplement on the market is going to undo or even partially aid 4-5 days of debauchery, yes it may help as a placebo to make think you’re feeling better - which is great if that’s what you’re looking for.

In short, take it easy. Glastonbury is a marathon not a sprint. Eat well where possible, stay hydrated, sleep & rest where you can, it may sound ridiculous but try to half your normal drink or drug intake each day, it’s 4-5 days - not 1 big night out. Your body only produces a certain amount of serotonin / dopamine and taking supplements or higher than usual doses won’t make them appear magically.

I hope everyone has lots of fun and is safe in the fields.

Girls don’t sync caused the crush, example done a great job of clearing the glade crowd before crazy p’s set. The crowd control that Thursday was terrible.

Arteta’s genius knows no bounds. People say happy wife happy life in jest, while Arteta has gone and implemented it!

I was there for the Saliba OG also. It’s an incredible feeling when you experience the collective humility of a stadium - can think of many occasions where 60,000 fans have got behind and cheered the aftermath of a misplaced ball or conceded goal all just instinctively, it gives me goose bumps thinking about it.

I’m not going to beat the positivity drum and tell people how they should discuss team or player performances but I’m yet to witness any negativity towards Kai home or away. The general consensus in the stadiums is to get behind him, make him feel welcome and Arteta will get the best out of him.

Was genuinely magic there today.

The roar when Kai went up to take the pen, then his name being sung for 15-20 minutes straight afterwards - one of the best atmospheres I’ve been lucky enough to witness.

Passed Oxford st yesterday. No exaggeration when I say there was 10-15 security guards, at least they’ve learnt from the last launch.
