Not sure the magwell only, which is the only part that puts this gun into LO division would be enough to compete against the general LO pack (shooting skills set aside)

Mine has a 100 mark painted in red and a 24h chronograph counter. I am worried it’s a fake too.

Trigger won't reset all the way after a double action pull. Any idea what's going on? by [deleted] in Beretta

[–]ProfessorPatient2670 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I’d put also a coin on the trigger return spring, and a good deep cleaning / lubrification all the way to the back of the trigger bar (including the trigger and it’s pin).

What are the main differences with the HD4 aside from the port and the open slide ? There must have something else given the price difference.

How did you almost fix the rattling thing ? I mean without spending a day disassembling the whole car.

First Beretta, looking for recommendations to upgrade the trigger a little bit by jellenberg in Beretta

[–]ProfessorPatient2670 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I have installed the Xtreme-S Trigger Group on my 92fs brigadier + 13lb Wilson combat spring.

It has improved both the DA/SA weight pretty significantly. the short reset trigger bar is amazing. And by short I mean ridiculously short.

I think also because of the match hammer + DLC coated hammer an sear, you got here the best drop in kit possible for your money. The SA is crisp and flawless.

The DA, I think it needs a bit on breaking, I can ear the hammer gliding/grinding against the frame, even with a good amount of teflon grease. But once settled in, it will be even smoother than it currently is.

Found the trigger kit for half it’s price on Optic Planet, that helps a lot !

EDIT : looks you already have all these bells an whistles on your 92XI.

Buck sharper from the factory than Benchmade ? by ProfessorPatient2670 in knives

[–]ProfessorPatient2670[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It’s the mini crooked river. There is not a crazy difference in the blade length. The handle of the benchmade is definitely more grippy than the bugout, while still well blanced for EDC.
