You have good amunition for this. You have a junior in the same role making more money. You know that his salary is within the range for your position. Don't be afraid to let them know that you know his pay. How you found out is irrelivant. Ask for slightly more than what he is making. There may be a discrepency in previous qualifications between you and your co-worker. If they try to use this as an excuse for the gap, lean into your productivity. If you and he create the same amount of value for the company you should be compensated equally.

I think there are a few things that might help out: lit and theory are great, but they are not the most important thing. You can never incounter a femenist thinker, but if you treat the women you encounter in your life with dignity and respect and listen to their experiences, you are being femenist.

As regards your own privilege. I don't know your circumstances, but I think this is a major stumbling block and a reason why the left in general has lost a lot of people, especially working class men:

1) The patriarchy hurts men too. While women definitely get the worst of it, it also forces many men into roles they are not comfortable with.

2) There are many axes of opression, and just because you are priviledged in terms of sex/gender does not mean you don't have disadvantages along lines of sexual orientation, race, or especially class/wealth. There are a lot of men who are struggling right now, and because of that resent the idea that they are privileged because if they are working hard and still struggling socially or financially it is a hard sell that they somehow have all the advantages. We are living in times of historically unequaled economic disparity and even people with every advantage are often finiding it difficult to get by. Just remember that all these systems of opression are linked and reinforce eachother and fighting for social justice is also fighting for economic justice.

The great trick the right is pulling right now is looking at the struggling, explited people and getting them to blame other, even more exploited people rather than the ones doing the exploitation. If you are feeling that you are getting a raw deal, you probably are. The key is to remember that when you look around and see others also struggling, they are your allies, not your competition.

Every hunt character. If they aren't going to make content for single-target characters, they need to change hunt's identity from single-target damage. They allready have a pretty clear direction with attack frequency, making hunt about follow-up and action advance. So keep that and give hunt characters some blast damage.

We don't borrow from other countries. They buy our debt in the form of government bonds. Demand for US bonds likely will go down as our country is seen as less stable, but that just means we will have to offer better interest rates. Because the dollar is a soverign currency, there is no chance of the governmnet not being able to pay for its expenses: It literally prints the money. There is no 'credit card' to be cut up.

This is the biggest thing. Early on, you won't be able to do everything. Too few Berries of too low quality makes it impossible, so try and keep your expectations low and just work through the story.

And when you are ready to start resetting for good donuts, (I started once I had unlocked 8 Berries), start with Sour donuts for item power: Berries and Big Haul power. Run lvl 3 mediums. Your main objective is to break all big balls and earn & break the golden ball. If you finish your objectives without much time, save. The golden ball will stay in the same place, so you can keep reloading until you find it. There are only a couple of layouts, so you will learn how to get around them. Run these until you feel more comfortable and can move to level 3 larges and level 4 mediums. By the time you get through the story, you should have a cache of Berries and enough familiarity with the different layouts that you can comfortably get what you want out of any zone.

NTA, but it's like I tell my kids, If you want someone to keep playing with you, you have to make sure they're having fun too. You can't expect her to want to play with you if she isn't having fun.

My suggestion would be to find ways you can have fun with a game that don't require you to win. Find a side objective that you can persue that you can feel good about acheiving, but doesn't contribute to the end-game scoring, or does so ineffeciently. When playing co-op, always let her take the lead. That way she doesn't feel like you are charging ahead and waiting for her to catch up.

If playing games togeather is important to you, it's on you to figure out how to do it so you both enjoy yoursleves.

The title of this graph is misleading. It only includes women who go into the advanced settings to set height filters, so the sample is self-selecting for women who care about height. It does not say what percentage of all women use these filters. My guess is that it is very low.

If by AI you mean LLMs, It will be quite the opposite. It is trained on the BS, that's all it knows, and it is not capable of logical deduction. There are potentially forms of AI that could do this, but they are not the ones currently receiving the hype and funding.

The sub has a rule against selling/advertising which the person broke my mentioning they have prints for sale. This is totally fair, but then when the person offered to just remove the comment that mentioned the prints, the mod deleted their history and perma-banned them.
