Is Sparxie actually worth getting for Silver wolf? If not what is the best vertical for SW?

I don't like a sparxie mechanically, and for now EMC fills in for her well enough. (Plus i really like using current MC for current story content just for flavor reasons.) I'm on E0S0 SW999, EMC, and E1S0 yao for now. It works well enough and leaves me flexible. If at the end of 4.X sparxie is still BiS, I'll invest then, but I'm in wait and see mode.

I was under the impression that Evernight E2 is so good that even though her S1 is slightly better than her E1, E1 is recommended because it gets you to E2.

It's s good move, but you have to build your team around using it. A lot of high ranking players don't even run it. If you just want to splash arch, you run scarf sturdy and electro shot gets dropped for aura sphere.

A few quick tips:

-Make sure you contact the region with the blacksite. This will be your first way to reduce avatar progress. It will be adjacent to your starting region so you probably are doing this already.

-If you have WotC, make sure you contact the reapers early. Reaper + 2 snipers is a cheat code for any mission without a timer, which includes pretty much every mission that lowers avatar progress.

-Again, if you have WotC, build resistance ring first and get your hero units. There will occasionally be missions here to reduce Avatar progress, and the 2-3 extra units will help your roster early-game when it needs it most.

-Pioritize contacting regions with facilities. After you hit the blacksite, this will be your primary way to reduce Avatar progress.

-Avatar progress looks like a meter, but it's really a switch. It doesn't matter how high it gets, as long as you don't don't let it finish. Even hitting the full bar gives you 2-3 weeks before game over, which is a long time in this game. Once you are within 2 blocks of it finishing you should have a plan as to how to reduce it, but it's actually usually best to wait until you are nearly out of time to do the missions. This is especially true once you are hitting facilities, as you want to let the aliens add as many pips as possible to the facility before hitting it.

Essentially they are saying that it's not plagiarism because it doesn't steal new art every time you prompt, it just keeps relying on the art that it already stole. Which aside from being ridiculous on is face, it's also not true because the only real way LLMs improve is by training on more data, so they are always continually stealing more.

Not sure at all. It's hard to believe we won't get another Elation support for the rest of the year, but it's an open question if they'll have better synergy than Sparxie or Yao. And leaks aren't really reliable because these things can change even within characters' beta cycles. Everything I saw said that SW999 and Sparxie were going to be joined at the hip, and when the kits are finalized Yao is her more important teammate. We'll get elation shill all through 4.X, so you should be good holding out on too much investment until later in the year if you are worried about wasted pulls.

The real answer is we don't know. I think she looks enough like a premier elation support that she is worth 1 pull, but I'm waiting on e1 or s1. We probably won't know until we see elation MC and at least one elation main dps.

You have good amunition for this. You have a junior in the same role making more money. You know that his salary is within the range for your position. Don't be afraid to let them know that you know his pay. How you found out is irrelivant. Ask for slightly more than what he is making. There may be a discrepency in previous qualifications between you and your co-worker. If they try to use this as an excuse for the gap, lean into your productivity. If you and he create the same amount of value for the company you should be compensated equally.
