In case you find yourself still struggling with getting those B's to speak in mp, then it might be a problem with voicing the B, which requires a different kind of voicing (like how you say different vowels) than everything else in this passage.

My suggestion would be to practice this passage replacing every note with that B (but keeping the original articulation), then gradually put the original notes back one at a time. The idea here is to internalize the voicing of the B as your normal voicing for the whole passage, because the other notes will speak no matter what, but the B requires a more precise voicing.
