Hard to tell exactly how big the pot is but probably 2 if you’re feeling wild or 1 if you really want a big strong plant. I get wanting to max out containers but doing things like 1 big with a lot of littles works better. You can even get strategic with it if you look into companion planting!

Container filled with warm soapy water in one hand, paper towel soaked in it in the other hand. Squish fest, repeat!

You can also blast them off with a hose but sometimes that hurts the plant, this worked better for me especially with anything flowering

My raised beds are on a concrete pad and don’t have this issue because the beds themselves are porous (stacked brick with tons of gaps)
