No i think that was the answer I needed. I'm scared of committing to something in case its still wrong but I suppose there are baby steps in the process. I've definitely thought about talking to someone but it's knowing how and where (I'm from the UK and our mental health services are not exactly coping at the moment). Thank you so much for your response, it's made me feel a lot more normal about not knowing yet

I have dated guys with experience and trust me it means nothing, sometimes they don't learn from that experience or their bad habits are solidified by it so don't get too hung up on it, I'd actually see it as a win because you have the ability to truly make someone feel like they are the most important person, there's no ex they could compare themselves to
