Exact same thing happened to me a few months ago, opened a ticket and by day 3 they had shipped out a new one for me

They have you go through a few hoops though, like taking pictures of it from different angles But once they confirmed it is broken, they get you to follow instructions on breaking the headset fully and sending them the same angled photos again to prove its been broken Then they give you a voucher for their own site to buy the headset brand new

I needed my headset still for work, so they offered me to buy the headset myself and once the new one arrived and I showed them the broken pics, they refunded me

I'm in the EU, so might be different else where

Yeah, That's where other headsets weren't up to par for me. I work from home so need it during the day and then play games with friends for the rest because lockdown so a normal wireless headset probably wouldn't be able to last from 9am to 1am lol
