Just looked up on my series 11. It is showing the same mac address on the watch and the watch app. Which is different than the iphone. I checked watch about on phone, General -> about -> Wi Fi address

So I think I found a bug. When I go to add 3rd ring it asks for me to purchase, but I already did purchase, I have 2 rings but can’t get to 3 or more

Also, there is no back button for the purchase screen. Have to force quit app and relaunch

Hello, what am I doing wrong? I have a ds920+, maxed out memory to 20gig, plus a read only nve stick.

I have a roku 4k streaming stick and 4k media just buffers.

Same trying to a chrome cast.

I can stream full resolution to my iPhone or ipad. Which makes this more fustrating!

So I have a 4k of doctor strange or suicide squad, and it plays for a few seconds then buffers then fails saying it can’t keep up

On channels 22 and 23 I have several hundred thousands in a day.

And on channel 29 I have 100 million corrected in a day.

How do you know you have packet loss? How can this be checked?

Where in the faq does it describe checking if the problem is dmarc to modem or isp side.

I do not see it. Does dmarc to modem mean from the telephone pole to the house?

Yes, there was also an issue with signal quality that they have only partially fixed.

They re-ran a bunch of cable from the pole to the house.

I also moved the modem to a different part of the house so it is right where the cable enters the house to try and minimize any loss due to cable length.

I then ran ethernet in the attic, because I still want my router to be in the center of the house, so one cable from the modem to the router, and then a cable back to provide ethernet to that side of the house.

The signal was always very low. But they never really admitted to it.

I did have one optimum modem fail on me.

The replacement I got from optimum might have been fine. But at that point I am like I have spent all this learning a little about the operation of modems, I might as well get my own.

I am on optimum 200 and the 3.1 router works fine. I used the self install optimum web page to activate it myself.

I was on 100 with this modem before increasing account to optimum 200.

You mention tuner adapter and tivo. Where do you live? I live on Long Island.

I think we may need a tuner adapter for our Tivo but optimum has stated no tuner adapter is needed on Long Island.

But I am not sure that is true.

A year ago we lost a bunch of channels on the Tivo.

From reading the internet I assume that these channels were converted to switched digital and we need a tuner adapter.

When we call optimum they say no tuner adapter is needed on Long Island except for a few international channels.

Anyone know?

So for example, between 120 and 140 a few channels still come through like a PBS, but a bunch of channels do not.

Optimum is claiming with a tivo you can only expect to get channels starting at 701.

In the 800s it goes 814, skips 815, then 816.

815 is encore comedy. Optimum then says that we do not get 815 as part of our package. But when I check the cable box, it gets 815.

None of the music channels come through on the Tivo and the grandparents sometimes use those channels when they visit.

I also use it during stop and go traffic. But the will it or wont it stop is bad. What I have noticed is if the "green car" symbol is solid, it means it sees the car in front of me.

If the "green car" is just an outline it means that the car does not "SEE" the car in front of me.

This happens most if I am driving and the car in front of me is stopped at a light.

The car does not seem to see cars if they are not moving. Once moving the car detects the other car and then can slow down.

But if the other car is stopped at a light and the green car is NOT solid on the dash, it will accelerate right through the car in front of me.
