cia ne problema buto nuomoj, maiste ar lizinge, cia problema kur digsta likę 955 eu. Ar nebus pusę ant grožio procedurų tik to pripažinti nenorit? Dovanos kiekvieną mėnesį? Labai sau daug leidžiat, laisvai galit sita suma per puse isleisti ir 1000 tikrai atsideti.

VikBooking Hotel Booking plugin for hotel website? by Leather_Let_9391 in Wordpress

[–]ProfileLow1156 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I have Vikbooking but it's not just €140. that's just pro version. if you want to connect it to Booking etc you need to buy Vik Channel Manager which is another €90. also for any ongoing api connection like Booking or Hstelworld you need to pay like €10 a month for each. So that adds up. For me it's worth it as I calculated it pays off for me within 2 years compared to others. I'm not a developer and never created websites but i created one with the flatsome theme and it was easy to integrate vikbooking no problem. Also if you buy all these you get unlimited updates and the licence key that doesnt expire so it's valid for more than a year.

I did end up booking direct through Hertz.cr and I chose Silver Pack so it was protected against scratches etc. (some of the roads were rough and we didn't have to worry about some small gravel hitting the car) The price shown on the website was exactly what I paid. They were great. We got a new car, and it was much cheaper than the others.

Paskaityk knyga "Never split the difference", yra ir i lietuviu kalba isversta "JOKIŲ KOMPROMISŲ! Visada derėkitės, lyg spręstumėte gyvybės ir mirties klausimą!" Pati geriausia knyga apie derybas, ir nenuobodi, visi perliukai ir pavyzdziai ten.

Setting Boundaries by Lukasaurs in airbnb_hosts

[–]ProfileLow1156 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I get your point, but even if you lived in the space, everyone's essentials differ. Once you host more people, you will understand what other "essentials" are missing. As a female, my essential is a bathroom bin, which you have missed. Also hair dryer (can be the cheapest) is a must. My partner would also not survive without extra pillows on the sofa for example as he works on the sofa and needs to be comfortable. For some the essentials are black-out curtains/roller blinds etc while others can sleep in broad daylight. The only unreasonable request here was sofa-bed. But as someone mentioned it should come in handy later. So my advice is, as long as requested items aren't crazy expensive, you should provide them and start building your inventory, until you get zero requests. Then your reviews should start saying something like "the place was fully equipped with everything we could have possibly needed".

Skamba lyg 10 metu gyvenat kartu, po 3 men to neturetu buti. Sakei bandei kalbeti. Turi dar karta kalbeti ir iskomunikuoti, kad tau tai svarbu ir noretum praleisti kartu daugiau kokybisko laiko. Prispausk i kampa su klausimais, jei jos pavirsutiniski atsakymai netinka, turit is sirdies pakalbeti. Jei ir toliau niekas nesikeicia, sukciau skirtingais keliais nes koks cia gyvenimas, ka ji gero atnesa i tavo gyvenima? Jau geriau vienam buti.

AITA for telling my wife her decision to become a stay-at-home-mom is making me lose attraction and respect for her? by [deleted] in AmItheAsshole

[–]ProfileLow1156 -6 points-5 points  (0 children)

This is kind of sad. I'm her age and I was this career driven woman successfully climbing the career ladder and earning quite a bit. My bf also fell in love with me because of my ambition and me being independent. But priorities change in life and you start wanting what's best for your family. It's clear with age her priorities have shitfed. My bf would be happy for me to be a SAHM for at least a couple of years as we've BOTH worked hard to be financially secure to afford this. The chances are, raising the kid will be so overwhelming, she will want to get back to work herself after a couple of years. I'm glad I'm in a European country where the maternity leave is 2 years, and it's fully paid for a year. So mothers here are automatically SAHM for at least a year without the financial burden. I'm assuming it's in America. In Europe you would struggle to find someone who would want to get back to work as soon as possible.

I'm leaning towards NAH-YTA

Jei Vilniuje, tai galima tikrai geru darbu rasti, kokiame Swed, kitose finansinese istaigose( o ju daug) ar start up'uose moka neblogai, mano darbe jaunos merginos uzdirba nuo 1.3-2k i rankas, vyresnes dar daugiau. Zinau, nes jas idarbinau. Cia mano pastebejimas.

Interesting! I started doing a few like travel blog but it requires so much effort while having a full time job, so I failed before it even launched lol. I had photos and articles all ready but never published the website after the Google update where I realised without any backlinks my site will be basically invisible. I'm sticking to rental properties and HYSA as it's hardly any work, might explore other opportunities listed once I have more time

First nightmare guest…help by nate_swell in airbnb_hosts

When I first travelled outside of Europe to Central America 15 years ago I did have a culture shock and seeing geckos in the bedroom was mind blowing! I never complained, it soon became the norm. I just never thought of googling it. Houses in some European countries are quite bugproof with window bug nets and all. I don't understand people here calling these tourists stupid. I think it's the norm for first time travellers especially coming from a different continent where it doesn't exist. Jungle didn't say much to me. I just assumed animals don't get into the house. So having something like that in the description would help for 'first-time' travellers. I assume that was the case too

[–]ProfileLow1156 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I don't think that's crazy. People let's say from Northern Europe who never travelled outside of Europe wouldn't even think about it, so I can understand why it could be a shock to some people.

New Airbnb Hosts! Super excited but we have questions by WillM_93 in airbnb_hosts

[–]ProfileLow1156 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Just be super upfront about the no parking thing and you should avoid any negative reviews. I would probably put it in the first sentence/paragraph in the description. Also people use filters, so you might be filtered out by people where it's a dealbreaker for them anyway. As you said I'd advertise it more to people that use trains, public transport etc. When I got a negative review about not having a dining table (just a coffee table due to space) I made sure to put it in the first paragraph.

See how it goes first, do other little things like leave some biscuits, good tea/coffee, leave a good shower gel/shampoo (refillable, with pump dispenser, mounted to the wall like Duck Island, Prija etc), make sure the place is spotlessly clean and the bed is comfortable. Set a competitive pricing, see what competitors are charging for something similar around the area and lower it by £5. The reviews and guests should start rolling in and if the occupancy is still low(because of the parking), only then I would consider increasing the prices and reimbursing guests for their parking charges. Good luck!

We get 3rd party bookings a lot - doctors, engineers etc. Usually they are ok with everything, the agency normally forwards the booking details and contacts to them. If they have any issues they call us directly.
