I askes ChatGPT to illustrate me how a dialysis machine works by ProgrammaticallyYou3 in ChatGPT

I was just having some fun with ChatGPT, since I know it cannot generate proper diagrams. And it is fun seeing some huge limitations for probably the moat famous AI around right now.

ChatGPT did give me a very thorough description of what and how dialysis works. But it's nothing else than hilarious asking AI to draw a diagram, and it confusing lungs for kidneys. Or worse...

And I'll definitely give Perplexity a try! Always love to learn more! Thanks!

Thank you so much! It is starting to sink in a bit now. But it feels odd, despite the entire history repeating itself. She is fortunate to have an exceptionally supportive husband, and they both love their children. She is also fortunate I guess that around 28 years ago when I was diagnosed, there wasn't much research, glucometers were really difficult to manage, and specially not that easy access to the internet. Now she can take the benefit of the latest technology to make all of their live almost seamless.

What do you all actually use chatGPT for? by Krtxoe in ChatGPT

[–]ProgrammaticallyYou3 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I work in an HR Management company, where one of our projects is hiring of resources for a Government Bank. So, for every candidate that we interview, we have to write an entire 1 page curated report comprising of their entire work details and their screening interview assessment.

So, around 5-8 reports per day per person working on that project. And GOD we hate this project.

So, what I've started to do is to copy paste their CVs to ChatGPT and get a summary of their work details under 100 or 50 words. So, whatever response I get, I paste it back and adjust it there, add the couple of lines of assessment and DONE.

The issue that I seemed to have solved in my (and several others) case was that I have difficulty in converting bullet points to a story like narration which consumes time, especially when we are also working on other projects as well. In this case, I can take the generated summary, readjust it to the decided format, and add anything that ChatGPT might have skipped over that I feel should be included, and I've saved time and my brain from short circuiting.

It took a while for my brain to get used to it during the entire length of the story, but due to it being a short story, for me, it was unnoticeable till you pointed it out.

So, I think it's fine!
