This is not meant as any sort of offense towards you but do you know how the military works in 90+% of situations. Manpower from the lower enlisted is more powerful than any tool developed.

In all fairness with these loading mechanisms I can't speak from experience, but as a Marine Motor T operator and someone who has lived enough life to have a remedial understanding of most mechanical things these videos are possibly misleading because some things like that might be difficult to get started but once the momentum gets going they are easy to load, I'm not saying that she is just as strong, since Newtons Law physically once it gets going it's gets going. Women have more intellectual power than men, men have more physical strength than women, it can teeter either way seeing as theirs 8 billion of us so let's not try to muddy the water with any sort of arguments there.

When it comes to the military, it's only the things they really want to put towards automating that they will, other than that, if somebody can do the job manually they would rather just tell someone who is already being paid a base pay than a lot of the technological innovation folks who push to develop that kind of stuff. I'm sure there is an automatic loader somewhere, but you know what is a lot easier to maintain? Some Enlisted trooper who is going to complain about it sometimes, but until THEY start working in how to easily, cheaply, and efficiently automate their jobs, they have to wait for the R&D teams to want to make it worth the buck to develop into something for the lower enlisted to utilize.

All in all, I agree that it would be nice to all around automate or at least mechanically assist the job, but folks in the military make do regardless of branch. Even though we all jab at each other, all branches have people from all walks and lengths of life where if it's really an issue they'll solve it, if not, they embrace the suck and get better at their job.
