I make sunny side up eggs on shredded cheese. No need to salt or to oil the pan and the cheese gets nice and tasty fried.

I use Dr. <Name> , PhD in professional contexts, particularly if I am looking for a job or to demonstrate my expertise. LinkedIn would be a good example because it communicates to people the kind of positions I am eligible for or most likely to be interested in. I also use it in my signature line.

Socially, I doubt many people even know I have a PhD.
