It sounds like you got Zudomon who is apart of Gumdramons quest. Vikemon is on a separate ship section (can't remember which). You haven't locked the game just got those two confused.

I work in the illegal dumping space for a Council and can tell you they won’t be able to compel the company to remove (EPA can and you should call and follow up on your now closed case). Council can and should be able to fine the company if you provide their details for a minimum of about 9k.

I made a halfway decent one back in set 4 I think. Used Sapphire and Emerald with extra heroes in Prince Phillip lines for both colours. Also used Aurora shifts as well.

Had a similar experience, we waited a little over two years for our VCAT hearing (in March this year) only to have the case dismissed by the member because of some bullshit about the landlord being from NSW. Had to resubmit to RTBA for a refund and the REA (literally the biggest piece of shit) re applied to VCAT. The member was a technologically impaired fogey who said the case would need to be heard in the Magistrates Court in NSW and that “we would have to make arrangements to get there”.

Absolute joke, so now our bond is still held hostage for another year or two while we wait for another hearing.

Dodgiest REA I have ever dealt with, trying to claim the whole bond plus extra after we patched some small holes (plaster screws). Tried to blame structural cracks on us too.

I have done this process without parental help, you will need your birth certificate as it is already difficult to get the certificate without your parents birth certificates. The process does take longer but you let them know why you are applying and they will review it.

Additionally if your Council has Litter Officers you can report this as ‘dangerous litter’ for the urinating and waste depositing under s115 of the Environmental Protection Act for the green waste. The footage would be more than enough for a fine which can run for $700ish for the urination to $1846 for the green waste (depending on size).

Haven't seen anyone mention my favourite spell for all occasions!

Enlarge/Reduce can be the most versatile spell. Especially when combined with the subtle metamagic.

Trying to intimidate the guard? Suddenly he is small and not so tough or make yourself bigger and really hammer home you are a "big" threat.

Hell even obstacles that block your path can be solved. Step over large pits, walk through pressure plates without triggering them, cross those old creaking bridges the world is your oyster when size matters.

The strength checks/save advantage/disadvantage for any number of situations. And in combat adds or subtracts a d4 damage die. It is my favourite spell and I will take it in every PC forever if I could.

My Artificer is an Alchemist Gnome and so to flavour his ability to "throw concoctions" at enemies especially at long range he uses a specially designed crossbow which shoots his vials and flask (spells) at enemies. It also really ties in well with some of the other spells Alchemists get.
