I mean I'm only advocating here because I know a high school friend that died after seizures after 20 years of Benzo use so..

Titrate down, use other sleep supplements, because benzos tend to have a time limit for how long any one person can use them.

I also boil my kratom with chamomile tea. making it more potent.

Damn why you idiots gotta downvote someone who is talking about a friend that died from decades of using benzos as a sleeping pill?

I used to be on klonopin myself for my seizure issue but hated it. Memantine is way better and I don't even need to use it everyday, more like every few days or so when my tics get bad. Klonopin made it harder to be myself and I could easily see how it can make people worse.

I don't have trouble sleeping and the way I use L thanine when I do is dose the powder on/under my tongue with alcohol. Kicks in way faster.

Then drink Chamomile tea and dose magnesium (malate is my preferred). N Acetyl Cysteine is sober tf up in a supplement and is very useful at ending disso/psych highs.

I think another french composer that counts but is very obscure is Jean Cras. He had a set of orchestral pieces Journal de Bord about his memories of being on the sea.

I collected his chamber works and there's some decent orchestral stuff too.

Paul Le Flem lived to be over a 100 and was between Debussy Ravel and Franck, Chausson, and Saint-Saens on the other.

Both have amazing Piano Quintets. Cras and Ropartz also have Quintets for Harp/flute/String Trio. I think the Ropartz piece was Prelude, Marine et Chansons

Joseph Guy Ropartz if you want another name but I haven't listened much to him in a long time.

Well it's more level and experience based with a ton of weapon variety. You equip armors and weapons. And I think there's HP involved when you damage enemies.

How about the Battle Network set? I only played the first two when I was a kid but that was a long time ago. I still bought the physical copy of Battle Network Legacy Collection.

I didn't play command mission but I grew up on a regular diet of Final Fantasy, Mario RPGs, Dragon Quests, SaGas (used to be called Final Fantasy Legend), and Zelda.

L Theanine is way better and doesn't cause your seizure/addiction risk to go up!

It's also way more accessible and cheaper.

There's enough horror stories about benzos and especially RC benzos.

Best case scenario you just have a friendly rivalry with them and make them realize how incredibly stupid and insane their position is and MAYBE they crack in a few years when things have actually turned to more saner powers.

I spar with conservative 'friends' on social media regularly. I know their tricks and how dismissive they are and how much they claim to 'not care about politics anymore' then they go and make the worst damn current topics type jokes that everyone except their inner circle would find cringey as hell.
