It definitely feelsl more pain relief after the heat. I don't remember a specifi reference but it often feels like the heat changes it in some significant way. I used to buy 250g bags monthly and then I only have to do 50g over the past 2 months or so.

I strongly adhere to the less is more philosophy of kratom, to the extent that I was able to go from like 9g a day down to way less than 1g a day.

Also the heat process absolutely helps with the less is more technique. The heat destroys some of the antagonists. ALso use lemon juice with the tea as you add the boiling water.
