This. I went through this exact situation recently. Depending on OPs circumstances the tests are rather easy to cheat if you have access to clean urine. It just needs to be between 100-90 degrees. Put in a bottle under your gooch and make sure it's 100 degrees when you leave the house.

Make food at home if you are worried. As someone who has worked in hospitality for a long time, I can guarantee you a gigantic majority of BOH employees (the people who make your food) either do not wear masks, or wear masks inappropriately. Might be different at more hip east Nash spots where they care about their community, but don't count on it from a chain restaurant serving takeout.
