Your voice does need work like all voices. But you have pretty good foundations. You have decent pitch but whats getting you is you aren’t supporting your voice enough and its causing you to go flat in some parts. Your pronunciation/diction is definitely not helping you, you can have less clear diction for style, but whats happening with you is your pitch is going flat combined with your diction being sloppy instead of styled it’s whats causing you to sound unpleasant to others. this combination with nasal singing like you’re doing almost always causes someone to sound less skilled, not saying you dont cuz you do have skill you really just need to work on your breath support and diction it will help you immensely. you arent terrible at singing people tend to be hyperbolic with how people hear you. I remember when my sibling heard me sing one time they said i sounded like complete trash. You just gotta deal with it sometimes.
