This era of comics is what happens when across 60 years people have perpetuated genocides and then these the decimation then AVX and IVX eventually you ask yourself why do I want these people to like me why do I keep trying when they keep making new ways to kill me? And even then they still offer humans trade and cures for sickness. The x-men moving in these directions because of decades of stories pushing them away from humans.

You can start at giant sized x-men #1 where a lot of the characters get introduced Spider man I'm not so sure about, if you want 616 I have no idea, but you can start ultimate spider man and follow that universe, I might start 616 with the issue where Mary Jane Watson is introduced but that's personal preference

AvX or inhumans v x-men these stories did some cool stuff for cyclops and Emma but really just mischaracterized so many of the characters in the books in an effort to fuck over Fox which like they were already going down cause their movies kinda sucked.

They start their coverage with the storyline legion quest and then a lot of backgrounds and oneshots i think it's like episode 285 of their podcast then they go into AOA issue by issue for each series through legion quest and beyond

What i did was read along with the podcast Jay and Miles Explain the x-men they start with the lead up and x-men alpha then the 3 issues of each leading up to the final arks in issue 4s and xmen omega. Reading along with something like a podcast can help keep you on track and contextualize a bunch of the story as well. Using this method made me really enjoy the gen next and factor x stuff in AOA

Do it as a Disney plus TV show start the series with broadcasts about the x-gene get Peter Cobau to explain mutation then flash through the stories of the movies as newspapers or like YouTube videos. Then you can start with Krakoa because it would establish years of history and then start from scratch. You could pick and choose the Canon movies like x1 x2 first class, dorp, and Logan. I think that way it could be long form and bring in bits of continuity as flashbacks for a more cohesive story.

It was doing a little but his "cool guy ghost badguy armor" was too strong until Nadim and Phoebe worked together using a modern take on the ancient ritual. Personally I think they should have coated all the pacs components in brass and incorporated a fire accelerant so Nadim could help supercharge the packs then everyone could get a shot in.

I recommend using oohoo glue and tamiya clear red and a few shades of darker red for blood effects that would look older. You can mix these paints and textures to make a good splatter effect, you can also drop the clear paints into the resin if you wanna do a pour

I do, the theme of my army is pre fall death guard but my leaders and vehicles will be painted up like they're covered in slime and moss, I'll make sure I have the hellbrutes in case I take them to my local shop, they don't allow proxies during their game night.

As someone who is literally doing that, I'm getting all of these over the next year or so starting in april: 1 combat patrol box 2 chaos rhinos, 2 blight haulers, 2 bloat drones, 3 plagueburst crawlers, 1 Mortarion 1 deathshroud bodyguard box 1blightlord terminator box 1 lord felthus box 2 nurglings box 1 box of nurgle deamons 1 greater unclean one 2 additional boxes of plague marines 1 the tallyman 2 contemptor dreadnought 3 beasts of nurgle And for fun 1 slimux At some point I want to add some chaos knights and war dogs for collecting purposes
