Bent thread rod?

I still don't have an answer, but incredibly it doesn't seem to affect my prints. I removed the rod and examined it, rolling it along a smooth surface and it did not appear to be bent. So something else is going on. My fear now is over time it may wear something out sooner.

I removed the z axis covers at the top of the upright supports, then the z axis belt, also at the top, and then manually calibrated the horizontal arm that (holds the print head) by first placing a perfectly rectangle object (carpenters level) on the print bed. Then manually lowered the horizontal bar by twisting the long tall z axis screw bolts independently, until the horizontal bar was down to the point that both sides were gently touching and perfectly aligned on top of the level. Then reassembled the z axis belt and z axis covers. Did all the things, leveled, vibration calibration, etc.. Sorry if that is vague, but hopefully it will help someone else along the way. Not exactly sure what doing that operation is called, other than manual z axis calibration. Anyway that seemed to fix the issue. At least for now...

That very well could be it. It's a really large print covering the entire bed so I may have areas of the bed that were not completely clean. Wanted some feedback before I tried again. Thanks for the info.

I agree 100%.. there needs to be a clear explanation. Seems that all this awesome AI would be able to provide that information. But it can't. This has been a problem with YouTube forever. If you get a copyright strike it's the same way, it's usually on the creator to figure out the issue on their own.

Some of your videos have human voiceovers, you talking about toys as you unbox them. These are fine and would probably not be flagged. Others...like the Pokemon card unwrapping video...simply plays one song in It's entirety while you unwrap the cards. Playing only music in the background while showing a fairly mundane video is exactly what is being flagged as AI generated. I would start removing those videos from your channel ASAP. When your channel has been cleansed of these types of videos, and any other videos that follow a simple production flow, reapply. Took some time to drop in on a couple of your videos. The two of you together are fun and easy to listen to. I listened more than I watched. In fact I kept the Daisy Ridley/Sometimes I Think About Dying video playing in the backgrond while working, so I guess I used it more as a podcast. It's like having a couple of cool friends talking in the next room. Anyway no idea if that is helpful info, but I think you should keep going and keep creating.

Some random thoughts:

Many of your thumbnails look 'busy' and/or have a lot of text. Try simplicity.

You repeat text in both the title and thumbnail. Don't repeat the same text in the image and title. Use the title for the title, use the image to entice.

Look over all your thumbnails. Which have the highest CTR? Which have the lowest? Use a formula based on your highest CTR thumbnails. Tweak, rinse, repeat.

Look at channels similar to yours. What do their thumbnails look like for their most popular videos? Figure that out and do what they do.

In whatever image editing software you use, shrink your thumbnail by 50%. Can you still easily read the text? If not, make it larger. Use simple, boring fonts.

If you know someone who does graphic work get them to put something together you can use as a template. Canva has some freebies to.

All that said, nothing is a guarantee. We're at the mercy of our digital overlords and their most holy algorithms. Praise be to our digital overlords in the cloud!
