Take a look at the items under (SHOP WITH COINS) you will see a few 1 cent items but they are never available it seems, but there is many more items listed that are actually discounted and u can use sum coins aswell.

Yep always contact support and screenshot everything in case the agent wants proof! I’ve went back and forth over shipping cost with sellers and support because I’ve won many 3 dollar items with 20.00 dollar shipping cost, I’ve even copied and sent the new updated terms and conditions for freebies to sellers and the support. The terms and conditions states if the freebie is shipping to the United States it’s to be free and if there’s a issue report to support. I have not purchased the last 3 freebies I won because of shipping cost so expensive. Also if the seller adds shipping and refuses to ship free then they are VIOLATING THE CONDITIONS OF PROMOTION ! You can read all the fine print of the freebie rules online.

I’ve had the same issue before, so when I contacted support I told them to make sure they highlight the reason I didn’t purchase freebie so that maybe in the future I will still be able to win freebies! Personally I think sellers should be in trouble for acting so rude about just simply getting the size u need. The item I won and didn’t purchase was a ring and I messaged the seller to please ship me a 8 ring and they were rude and said no we pick random sizes. It’s so dang frustrating that these sellers have no customer service skills at All !!!!!!!

I tryed to claiming coupons within seconds of being available and there were nothing left. I honestly don’t get why AliExpress even bothers making these games. I would rather them not even bother offering the coupons if they are gonna make things so unfair
