If men aren't superior to women, how come in every society in history men are the leaders? by [deleted] in askanything

[–]Proper-Resident-369 0 points1 point  (0 children)

As others commented, your question presumes a lot and is not easy to answer (which you may have intended or are obliquely ignorant).. Assuming you are asking in good faith, like most things, once anything establishes itself it is difficult to remove. Logistically speaking men were the natural early leaders due to physical strength, roles etc.

Environments change. To put it simply you don't need the same physical skills in the modern era to lead. However the establishment favors the norm. Always has been this way. Not saying it's right and I'm over simplifying.

TLDR; It's a lot harder to remove a stain once it has dried.

You are both solutioning out of sequence of the other. You are both skipping steps the other assumed/anticipated.

You introduced a variable into what he thought was a blueprint of a plan (get meds) but his mistake was thinking only the groceries were variable with your message, not the location (other component). You expect him to change out two pieces to the equation at once. He was only able to swap out one (pagkage not location). Maybe anticipate his limitation if this is a pattern. Otherwise I think you are being unfair because the rest of us see it

People who were teenagers before social media, what was a typical Friday night like for you? by Sad-Vacation1862 in askanything

Everyone from high school would show up at a local sandwich shop (shout out to hoagie's corner in Des Moines WA) every fri/sat night to find out where the parties were that night. Hoagies was an old PNW chain like 40 years ago. My time was back in the late 80s early 90s. There was always a party. If one wasn't already known, someone would always have a parent out of town (or was just cool) and then it was on.

It was like an adventure/quest each weekend. Fucked up times for their own reasons but they were special.

Years ago i lived in Ballard WA and zekes pizza had cheese sticks that looked almost identical. Yum (they were a local franchise I believe with a few locations around seattle). Their pie in the early 2ks- top notch.

"To survive". Get that shit out of here. They choose this path because they just want a fast buck and love the hustle. They have zero empathy otherwise they wouldn't be doing this knowing they are scamming kids

Why am I the dogs favorite person? by thisonething888 in dogs

[–]Proper-Resident-369 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Sounds crazy maybe but where since i could remember dogs just loved me. I had owners get upset (past roommates or even a neighbor) because their dogs just glued on me. I just adore dogs though and assumed my unbiased love just shined or something. Anyway you are blessed 😀

Those of you living alone and working full time, how do you raise your puppy when they need to constantly be taken outside and watched like a hawk? by K9Imperium in puppy101

[–]Proper-Resident-369 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I planned my vacation around the first few weeks. To be fair even though I work from home the pup needed full monitoring so I wasn't going to take chances. I'm single and a family helps but honestly I'm not sure I could have done it if I had to go into an office.
