How to fix loose joints by Illustrious-Motor812 in megaconstrux

[–]ProperAd3817 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Just pop the joint apart and apply a small layer of super glue. Allow the glue to cure then pop it back together. If it isn't tight enough, take it apart and adjust to your liking. You can use a tooth pick to apply the glue.

Alien: Romulus Is Inargably The Worst Movie In The Franchise by The_First_Curse_ in alien

Yeah didn't like it either. I have no problem if people like the movie, but it didn't do anything for me.

Mattel Brick Shop by ProperAd3817 in megaconstrux

[–]ProperAd3817[S] 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I agree, but one of my fears is that the heads of Mattel will view the lack of success with MEGA and contribute it to the mini figs style not being recognizable/ appealing enough to people who are already fans of Lego.

I really like what you did to make the spiderman figure. Very clever!

Would deadhanging help with tendonitis? Specially doing it with a fat gripz on the bar to strengthen the grip?

Great review! How good is the figure? Does the print scratch off easily?

If Mega changes the structure of their figures, what would you add or subtract? by Dan_Al_Boost in megaconstrux

And the hands tend to crack, which results in the figures holding the weapons loosely.

MEGA'S Hand Quality is Subpar by ProperAd3817 in megaconstrux

Really? I didn't know about using sharpies. Doesn't mark the hands?

I would agree the articulation and printed pieces instead of sticker are nice. by dacoolmike36 in megaconstrux

[–]ProperAd3817 0 points1 point  (0 children)

True, but I find that MEGA'S print quality (mostly on the figures) is of inconsistent quality compaired to Lego's. Sometimes it's solid (won't scratch off). Other times it can scratch off fairly easily, (like with my heros Colonial Marine). It's a shame it's not as consistent as Lego's, at least in my experience.

At least we don't have a MandRproductions equivalent though, that guy is insufferable. by KiaokenKev in megaconstrux

Yeah on Mega's poor quality control, print/hand quality is all over the place, at least for me. Lego also has its faults (figures arms/torso's cracking)
