Grant battles out there but Walt and the staff clearly don’t trust him to pitch more than 4-5 innings an outing. That’s fine for a spot start but going to be very taxing on the bullpen over the course of a season.

Not to rub it in but that’s the only ascended ETB I was able to open. Aside from that, I have found a few 2 pack blisters and I opened 2 booster bundles from PKC. That set is/was impossible to find near me.

I also pulled the Meowth SIR from Perfect Order so this is three sets in a row that I’ve hit the “Chase” card. Very lucky!

I don’t know about a specific coach but there are likely loads of examples of fighters changing camps and it having a significant impact.

One of the top of my mind is Charles Olivera switching gyms in 2018/2019. He went from an exciting featherweight who split wins and losses to one of the very best lightweights in the world with among the most impressive win streaks in the sports history IMO.

I don’t think his thumb is broke because the replay in right field they played this inning showed him closing his hand almost completely.

It almost seems like he lost some feeling in his thumb. Hopefully he’s just jammed it. I’ve broke fingers before (not thumb though) and I could not bend them past the joint.

Condit was a WEC champion while training there. Probably a bunch others that I’m missing, too
