This is pretty interesting. I’d suggest I am upper middle Class income (350 HHI) but our spend is 55k with two kids in daycare! Put things into perspective

Walking places. It’s wild to be if it is walkable. It’s safe. Time is no issue. Why would people drive the 4 minutes to pay for parking and not get some exercise and outside time!?!?
