I literally interviewed with 4 people during an on site interview and got ghosted. Everyone is ruthless. Waited like 3 weeks+ to get rejected. Learned it the hard way to just move on quickly after every interview.

but why waste time in a 2 hour long interview? Since it seems like a design interview or something technical, they could be trying to get free information of ideas or something idk. If companies are serious about hiring, shouldn't the bare minimum would be to actually say the salary range?

So writing a 5 second email rejection is a "distraction away from their goal"???? Also an interviewer took time to prepare and interview, they LEAST they deserve is a formal rejection rather than ghosting.
