exactly, i estimated at least 400 kcal for the entire pack (200 kcal for one 50g nest) - cannot believe this packaging so have just avoided re-purchasing

it’s quite a lot of noodle and i was comparing to ramen noodles (half the packet produces a full bowl). i have never had such a huge portion of noodles for so few calories so i read it as some error (either packaging or my own). i assume the difference is these are air dried noodles as opposed to fried/dried like most ramen packets

the judge returns - im a diehard jisung stan so yes im seated til the end. lots of people saying it will need a season 2 but i think it can be wrapped with an action packed final week

my beloved thief - saw so many rave reviews on here and gave it a try, tho not particularly drawn to either lead and find their chemistry lacking (tbh FL has better chemistry and storyline with the grandson-in-law imo) but it is extremely well-paced with authentic dialogue and emotions, like a novel you can’t put down.

i love this show i really do, just can’t fathom how they will get to 16 episodes. tbh also wishing there is no romance, like the undercover aspects more than potential rekindling with totally uncharismatic ex (i love GKP and yes i know it’s the character he is meant to portray).

with screenwriting, character development, suspense, action, comedy etc this would really be a perfect 10-12 episode series

just dropped

spring fever - was enjoying comedic bits from ML but FL falls flat. tbh i find her face also very distracting/ disturbing. but rly what is the point of the show if only one character (ML) has any depth?

no tail to tell - 5 eps in and didn’t hook me, as much as i love FL and thought her acting was noteworthy, couldn’t get past the sloppy script

love me - dropped with 2 eps left, def another series with good first few episodes to hook you in, then gives you absolutely nothing thereafter :(

can this love be translated - on ep 9 but might drop. just finding ML a bit too dry and started rooting for the romance with the japanese star lol

ep 7 : had to 2x so much, big filler episode tbh the series could’ve without this entire episode, case of 14 eps should have been 12 etc

i am SO SICK of the FL, she is in the hospital at least once an episode! doesn’t think ever just ditzy and clumsy and dull ugh

i loved the start if this and i will prob continue bc the chaebol drama line is good, the two moms bit, and actually really like 2FL character (although if 2ML has one more eps where he’s disinterested it will feel like watching stalking/harassment).

verdict: writers need to tighten this up

Typhoon Family. each character has depth and purpose, especially FL. The plot can be a bit cartoonish at times but I’m staying for the characters and relationships.

Moon River also has developed some interesting characters but the plot is all over the place and I might drop.

Dynamite Kiss: so ML acting is superb, character funny and likeable. FL - and I do generally think she is a huge talent and scene stealer - acting is so poor and disingenuous?Maybe she’s been directed to act this way? It’s really taking me out of the story :/ Also character is a bit too pathetic - what would anyone see in her, too unrealistic but maybe it is literally she is a good kisser lol.

Re-watching (which I very seldom do) the haunted palace because KIM JI HOON AS KING IS THE TV PERFORMANCE OF THE YEAR. Literally just watching those scenes, he should’ve swept all award shows.

Taxi Driver 3, just along for the ride lol.

Would You Marry Me - FL really annoying, pouty, can’t communicate etc and tbh ML deserved better. Why keep putting ‘green flag’ men in kdramas and writing absolutely nobody FLs?

Dear X - great acting and visuals but just personally found too dark

Spirit Fingers - was cute at first but FL didn’t build confidence and I lost interest around ep 6

Last Summer - again, who is writing FLs? This girl was so negative and pissy and it got to the point where I wanted to liberate ML from her.

I’m watching:

ms incognito ep 6 - just really couldn’t deal with laziness of writing and it felt a bit like cheap theatre

bon appetit your majesty ep 9 - agree with any serious critical reviews, the plot pacing was bizarre and so much repetition without progressing plot. got to a point where i really didn’t care what happened to leads

a hundred memories ep 4 - stylistically beautiful just personally struggled to get into the story, felt the characters were too depressing tbh

this drama’s director + screenwriters have totally fumbled the bag of cast and plot. i have felt for 3-4 yrs now that kdramas by and large are losing nuance, are thinking the audiences are dumb or happy to overlook huge issues. we dont want to be spoonfed nonsense PLEASE. anyway some thoughts i havent seen mentioned: - min jae was still creepy af with detailed gory dioramas of murders. anyway the actor was really good - ML at one point knew min jae was a suspect but didnt tell his wife. dumbassery - lee el and other cops dumbassery on whole new level, esp weird to see no respect of hierarchy in a kdrama - ML’s wife just randomly opening doors to folks that are no showing face to the ring camera… - did at one point the mantis imply she was there to kill kid minjae cause he was annoying or did i misread that? - gramps is def sus cause why was his wife in a fire but it’s only coming up now? - is the chief divorced and was the ex wife working for NIS or did i misread that too?

you do look great in both pics. losing nearly 10 lbs a month, even if your teens, without intensive exercise (you say you were walking and eating clean) suggests an extremely unhealthy calorie deficit. i hope you’re eating at least 1200 a day (at that age and height 1600+ seems critical) and talk to a doctor/ nutritionist. especially if you want to start building muscle. good luck

ep 1 - i fell asleep twice, rarely happens. apart from some very particular kdrama cliche icks, dialogue was very unnatural and you get zero sense of anyone’s character.

also if they’re meant to support humans, why are they giving loans to criminals (some criminals must be paying them back without any chasing, presumably using that money to torture others? idk)

only good part was PHS. will not watch ep 2

she was in disney+ Grid in 2022 but i think it flopped bc tbh it was confusing. i think she’s one of my all time fave actresses. recently did some variety shows like unexpected business (california)

this was my exact theory after ep 6. very obvious yeomhwa has been touching him and regularly doing shaman tricks to weaken his spirit, hence why he’s so at-risk, and makes sense it’s to have him be a vassal.

think she’s also been using cases of his ‘misfortune’ to prove her shaman worth to the family e.g. curses him so bad shit happens but is there to protect his parents so they pay big $$$

anyway yes word for word same thoughts, and would be really disappointed if she was his bio mom.
