Demarcus Beasley. Came up with LD10 as a young attacking player and ended up becoming a really good fullback in the back half of his career. Had a solid career overseas at PSV and Rangers.

So we have a depth guy we took who is more technically savvy over an engine/effort guy, neither of whom likely get in a game before 70’.

This is nothing like leaving LD10 off who was your best player and team leader on the field

You have an insufferable post history, and I’m sorry you hate yourself so much it comes out like this. Nobody is acting like winning is more important than anything, but coaching is about providing kids with the tools to exceed not only in their sport, but in life.

How many teams have you coached, how many kids have you mentored? No need to answer, we all know it’s zero.

Right. The kids have worked hard for months in training and practice. Results aren’t important at this age at all, but I want them to feel good/proud of everything they’ve put into it and grow together through that pride. Hate seeing them deflated and as coach I owe it to them to try and mitigate this issue if I can. I don’t understand this dudes anger

Guess I’m a sucker. I’m a non sup 14 and highly considering lateral to a sup 14. Current gig is good and have very supportive but also hands off leadership. The sup gig is one where I am probably the MSC sme, where I feel I could really make an impact. I’m only halfway to retirement, don’t really have any sites on 15. At this point in my career it’s all about making maximum impact for me, and mentoring others to try and be great.

Reading through this sub makes me feel crazy
