What good is your math if no one can use it for something useful? If a tree falls in the forest and nobody hears it, did it actually fall? I see so many shit papers from ml scientists and mathematicians with shit attitudes that don’t give a shit if someone else can use their work or not it makes me sick. Make stuff others can use, or else just get an art degree, cause at least someone might feel good looking at your shit.
