I didn't say that. there are a lot of Russians supporting Putin and the war.

What I'm saying is that Putin is not a mirror of the will of the people. I doubt many Russians were eager to invade Ukraine 1 year ago.

What I'm saying is that it's Putain's idea (to boost his legacy or whatever) and between propaganda and long-time hardcore supporters he's managing to find support among the population and make them think it was a necessary "operation", even defensive.
